Solver Capacity
Adviser สามารถทำซิมูเลชั่นบน Local solver ได้ไม่จำกัดจำนวน แต่ใช้การคำนวณแบบส่งผ่านระยะไกล (Remote Solving) และการคำนวณบนคลาวด์ (Cloud Solving) ไม่ได้
Insight สามารถทำซิมูเลชั่นบน Local solver ได้สูงสุด 3 งาน และสามารถใช้การคำนวณแบบส่งผ่านระยะไกล (Remote Solving) และการคำนวณบนคลาวด์ (Cloud Solving) ได้
Meshing
Adviser สร้างเมชได้เฉพาะ Doual Domain กับ 3D Mesh แต่ทำการแก้ไขเมชและปรับปรุงเมชไม่ได้
Insight สร้างเมชได้ทั้ง Midplane Doal Domain และ 3D Mesh รวมถึงแก้ไขและปรับปรุงเมชได้
Simulation abilities
Adviser สามารถแสดงผลลัพธ์ของ Filling, Cooling, Packing, Warpage, Sink mark, Weld line, Molding window, Gate Location, Cold & Hot runner และ Runner balancing
Insight สามารถแสดงผลลัพธ์ได้ทุกอย่างที่ Adviser ทำได้และนอกจากนี้ยังมี Valve gate, Venting, Heating, Insert overmold, Core shift, Conformal cooling ฯลฯ
Molding process
Adviser จะทำได้เพียงงานฉีด Thermoplastic เท่านั้น
Insight จะทำได้หลากหลายเช่น Thermoplastic, Rubber, Liquid Silicone, Co-Injection, Bi-Injection, Gas assisted, PIM, RTM, CBA ฯลฯ
Database
Adviser จะมีฐานข้อมูลของวัสดุ Thermoplastic และชนิดของ Cooling
Insight จะมีฐานข้อมูลของวัสดุ Thermoplastic, Thermoset, Molding machine, ชนิด Cooling และวัสดุทำแม่พิมพ์
